My connection to the Tomcat comes from Top Gun. The film made the F-14 unforgettable. For me, it wasn’t just about the movie, but about how an aircraft could inspire a whole generation.

The Dassault Rafale is a twin-engine, delta-wing fighter designed for versatility and precision. Built for both air and naval operations, it's a standout of modern European military aviation. Designed and built entirely in France, the Rafale reflects a uniquely French approach to aviation: elegant lines, fluid aerodynamics, and a focus on independence and versatility. Its signature features, delta wings, forward canards, and compact form, give it a distinct visual identity. The name “Rafale” means “gust of wind” in French, a fitting title for an aircraft built for agility and power.

Personal Bond
When I land at Annecy Airport in the French Alps, I use the Dassault building as a visual reference on approach. It’s home to a Dassault facility focused on avionics and flight control systems.

The C-130 Hercules is one of the most versatile military transport aircraft ever built. Known for its reliability, it's served in countless missions, from cargo drops to humanitarian aid, across the globe.

Personal Bond
I first saw the Hercules up close at the Saqer Aljazirah Aviation Museum in Riyadh. It was painted in a desert sand tone, with a cockpit shape that stood out immediately. This card is a small tribute to that visit and the museum that brought me closer to the scale of this aircraft.

The F/A‑18 Super Hornet is one of the most versatile jets in service recognizable by its twin engines and twin tails. It gets its name from the original F/A‑18 Hornet, named after the insect for its speed and sting. “Super” marks the upgrade. This card captures the jet’s clean, aggressive silhouette. It’s a nod to modern military aviation.

Personal Bond
This one’s my tribute to Top Gun: Maverick. I grew up on the original movie, it’s part of what made me want to fly in the first place. Watching the sequel brought all that back, and the Super Hornet was impossible to ignore. This design is for anyone who’s ever watched those opening scenes and thought, "I want to be up there."

Every design carries a story, one that is personal. This design is a tribute to a close friend, a Chinook pilot and instructor in the Royal Air Force. Through his story, I came to admire not only the complexity of the aircraft but the dedication, skill, and quiet bravery it represents.
